The February 18th meeting included our Home Brew competition for 2005. Transport difficulties prevented me attending the meeting and limited the competition. Details of the presented items will be added at a later date.

John Dunbar, VK3JDE, presented his power supply that was constructed with a lot of recycled parts from his junk box.
Alan Williams, VK3TIY, with a working demonstration of his hybrid headphone amplifier (also pictured audio mixing board and storm detecting board). Alan was lucky enough to take out 1st Prize with this effort.

Ian Gillard, VK3ZZG, with home brew, log-periodic beam (9dB) used successfully for satellite communications.
